About Amelia Windecker
Most of my life I have been pursuing knowledge of how our bodies work, how we process information and the rich life we can discover and develop through deepening this understanding. I am an artist, a traveler, a northwest native and have a deep connection with nature. I have studied in New Jersey, Massachusetts, The Netherlands and most recently here in Seattle, San Francisco and Victoria BC.
I feel very strongly that reconnecting people with their bodies is a powerful source of healing and growth. The through-line of my life-long studies has always involved an element of the body.
